Upgrade Instructions

Instructions are very simple - if you are familiar with VTiger extensions - just install it on top of the existing extension. Step by step instructions below.

Download VTiger Extension

Upgrade process is much like installing "on top" (that's how VTiger upgrades extensions). Please download the extension package and follow the steps below.

To Install, login to VTiger, go to "CRM Settings" > "Modules" > "Import from Zip".

Verify Upgrade

Once you upload the extension zip package - it will prompt you to review the license agreement and proceed with the upgrade.

Please hit "Upgrade" and it should take few seconds for it to complete. Once the confirmation popup shows up - hit OK and you should be all set.

That's It!

That's all you need to do to upgrade to the latest version of Corrensa.

Note, that Gmail & Outlook plugins on your computer will update automatically. If you are having any issues - please contact us.
