  We’ve added a shortcut to open VTiger record from Gmail, Outlook & Office while using Corrensa Extension/Plugin. The shortcut is visible on both Detail and Summary views, modules(Leads, Contacts, Organizations, Tickets, Opportunities, Activities, Emails) as well as the “popup” window of the related record. Shortcut will open VTiger record in new window of your browser. We are working on the ability to open the record on the other monitor, assuming more than one monitor/display is available.
